Terms of Use

These terms apply between you and Loopu AB ("we", "us"), the company behind the VendMap service. By using VendMap, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

VendMap is a map service where visitors can find vending machines and businesses can list their machines with an address, photo, product range and opening hours, as well as post ads seeking locations. The first vending machine listing per business is free; each additional machine costs 15 SEK per month.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not use the service to:

• violate laws or regulations,
• defraud, spam or mislead other users,
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others,
• distribute malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities or scrape the service,
• publish inaccurate or misleading vending machine information.

Loopu AB owns the service and its intellectual property rights, including software, documentation and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You must not reverse-engineer or resell the service, or circumvent technical restrictions.

For content you upload (e.g. images and vending machine details), you grant us a limited license to store, process and display the content to the extent necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the content you upload.

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's terms of purchase: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms . The subscription renews monthly until canceled, and you can cancel at any time through the customer portal.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Information about vending machines (location, product range, opening hours) is provided by the businesses themselves and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a material breach of contract, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your listings may be removed; contact us if you wish to export your data beforehand.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved by the ordinary courts of Sweden. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign our rights in the event of a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
