Question 1

What is VendMap?

Accepted Answer

VendMap is a worldwide vending machine map. Owners add their machines with addresses, photos, products and opening hours, so you know what is available before visiting.

Question 2

Does it cost anything to use as an individual?

Accepted Answer

No. Searching, browsing and using the map are completely free. Only businesses pay for additional machine listings and ads.

Question 3

How do I find the machines nearest to me?

Accepted Answer

Allow location sharing when your browser asks, and the list will show the nearest machines first, with the distance displayed for each machine. If you prefer not to share your location, you can search by city, address or product selection instead.

Question 4

What types of machines are on the map?

Accepted Answer

Snus machines, nicotine machines, coffee machines, candy and snack machines, drink machines, pizza and food machines, ice cream machines, as well as claw and grabber machines. We're continually adding more types.

Question 5

Are the listed products and opening hours accurate?

Accepted Answer

The business that owns the machine manages its information, which may change or become outdated. Spot something wrong? Let us know through the contact form and we'll correct it.

Question 6

Is there an age restriction?

Accepted Answer

Age limits and rules for snus and nicotine vary by country. The machine owner is responsible for local regulations and age verification. VendMap only shows the location.

Question 7

How much does it cost to be listed on the map?

Accepted Answer

The first machine per business is free, forever. Each additional machine costs 15 SEK per month, and you can cancel anytime.

Question 8

How do I list my machine?

Accepted Answer

Create a business account, open My machines and add the type, address, photo, product selection and opening hours. Upload the photo directly, and your listing will appear on the map as soon as it's saved.

Question 9

How do I make sure my machine appears at the correct address?

Accepted Answer

Search for the address and check that the map pin marks the machine's actual location – move it if needed and confirm the location. We use precise geocoding, but house numbers can be misplaced in open map data, so you need to confirm the pin's position.

Question 10

Can I change the photo, product selection and opening hours later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open My machines and edit the listing – visitors will see new photos, opening hours and product selections immediately.

Question 11

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Your additional machines are temporarily hidden from the map, but nothing is deleted – you can still see them in your dashboard. Your first, free machine stays visible. The others will reappear as soon as payment is complete.

Question 12

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Use the button on your company page to open the payment provider’s customer portal. You can also update your card and download receipts there. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.

Question 13

I’m looking for a machine for my venue – what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Go to Demand and post an ad describing the type of machine you want and where, such as a claw machine for your pizzeria or a snus vending machine for your bar. Operators with that type of machine will see your ad.

Question 14

I’m an operator looking for locations – what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Post an ad on Demand describing the type of machine you install and the county or city you’re looking in, such as snus vending machines in Dalarna. Shops, bars and restaurants can find your ad and contact you.

Question 15

How much does a listing cost?

Accepted Answer

49 SEK/month for as long as the ad is live. You can cancel whenever you like and edit an existing ad without paying again.

Question 16

How does matching operators with venues work?

Accepted Answer

We work hard on SEO to help our customers find each other through the website. If the parties find each other solely through the site, only the advertising fee applies. In some cases, we step in and personally promote the location through our network – in those cases, we agree on a commission afterwards.

Question 17

Can I edit or delete my listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Demand while logged in – you can update your own ads with new text, images, contact details and a website link, or delete them.

Question 18

Who is behind VendMap?

Accepted Answer

VendMap is operated by Loopu AB. Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, which manages receipts, invoices and customer service for purchases.

Question 19

Can I get a refund if something isn’t right?

Accepted Answer

We follow our refund policy, which you can find in the footer. If you’ve made a payment in error or recently changed your mind, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Question 20

How do I contact VendMap?

Accepted Answer

Use the form on our contact page. Your message will reach us directly, and we’ll reply.
